Assistant Manager to SM, Recruitment and Business Partner, Human Resources

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit qualified candidates, screen applicants and conduct employment interviews
  • Determine appropriate recruitment channels, prepare job advertisements, contact recruitment agencies etc.
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures
  • Provide input regarding potential enhancements to current human resources practices
  • Maintain communications with line managers and employees and deal with issues and concerns
  • Perform other Human Resources duties as assigned or requested

Job Requirements

  • University graduate or above with minimum 4 years experience in human resources management
  • Good knowledge of human resources practices, recruitment procedures and employment legislation
  • Able to work under pressure with good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent data analytical & report writing skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
