As a Guest Services Manager, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
Job Responsibilities
- Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel
- Promotes inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities
- Must be fully conversant with emergency evacuation and fire procedures and ensuring all uniformed staffs are aware of these procedures
- Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems
- Ensures VIPs and priority club guests receive special attention
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
- 5 years experiences in front office / guest services or related discipline with minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Result-oriented strategic thinker with acute marketing sense
- Possess sophisticated interpersonal and analytical skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and communication skills
- Overnight allowance is entitled to overnight shift
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Manager
