AVP, Business Development Manager (Cross-Border Segment)

Responsibilities:
Achieve portfolio growth through acquisition of new customers and relationship deepening with existing customers notably in cross-border customer segment
Identify and partner with product specialists to provide professional wealth management and financial planning service to clients
Assist branch to increase sales capacity and cost efficiency of branch through respective sales and services activities
Ensure the selling processes are in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
Preferably university graduate or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Personal Banking, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in offering wealth management service to mass affluent customers
Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent
Passes in IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3
Pleasant and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
A team player with good initiatives and assertiveness
A self-motivator who is keen on upgrading & improving personal knowledge & skills to meet evolving job requirements
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua
