The Spa Executive is responsible for providing front desk service of the Spa Center to the Members.
Job Description
- Handle telephone enquiries with professional telephone manner
- Upgrade treatment bookings and maximize the productivity of each therapist and treatment room
- Ensure a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all members visiting The Spa
- Responsible for all Member accounts for services and treatments carried out
- Ensure that accurate and correct payment is received
- Organize schedule to maximize the use of time and profitability while ensuring that the clients’ needs are met
- Complete the daily opening and closing procedures professionally and accurately
- Answer telephone calls in a professional manner and ensure that messages are accurately and immediately passed on
- Take a proactive approach to retail sales within the reception area by offering advice to clients
Qualifications & Skills
- F.5 Standard or above
- 2 years’ experience at luxury hotels or spas
- Qualified Holder of International Beauty Diploma such as CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent is preferred
- Excellent command of spoken English
- Good customer service skills.
- Excellent in Microsoft applications
- High standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Friendly personality, welcoming manner, self motivated, team player and honest.
- Brings enthusiasm, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
Working Location: Tai Tam (Transportation allowance applies)
