Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Cook to join our Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grilling for developing new menu items. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, and maintaining kitchen standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop seasonal menus and specials
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the club's standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies
- Prepare a variety of dishes for Grill Room to the highest standard
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Experience in hospitality industry will be an advantage
- Good time management and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Solid experience in fine-dining restaurants will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, responsible and multitasking ability
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Split shift is required (10:30 – 15:00 & 17:30 – 22:00)
