Team Head, Premier Relationship Manager – Offshore Banking

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coach a team of premier relationship managers to solicit customers
• Work closely with the Head of premier banking offshore team in business development and ensure compliance of day-to-day operations
• Work closely with the hunter team to ensure seamless partnership between hunters and premier relationship managers
• Formulate strategies to meet team and individual targets
• In-charge of customer net AUM growth and revenue from the portfolio of customers
• Provide quality and professional services to customers, ensuring superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of Premier Banking
• Compliant with local laws, regulations, bank’s policies, including risk management policies and procedures

Requirements:  

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level; solid experience of relationship management in the ultra-high net worth offshore banking segment
• Strong business network, knowledge of financial markets, wealth management products and a proven sales track record
• Result-oriented with strong initiative and drive to succeed
• Customer-focused and able to work under pressure
• Strong managerial skills and people oriented
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills
• Pass in HKSI 1,7,8 and IIQE 1,2,3 would be an advantage
• Possess qualifications of ECF-RWM would be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
