Manager – Safety & Security, Lantau Yacht Club (5 days work)

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Senior Manager - Lantau Yacht Club and be responsible for the security of the Club including access control, customer services and patrolling
• Prepare Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Policy and Procedure (P&P) for the Club
• Supervise the out-sourced security team

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years or above relevant work experience
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate
• Holder of First Aid Certificate is preferable
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skill, leadership and organizational skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Shift work on Sundays and public holidays is required
