Job Responsibilities
- Close liaison with Branches to prepare the sales plans and sales activities
- Review tactical and strategic plans to boost the sales revenue in order to achieve year end assigned target wthin regulatory framework
- Develop the sales capacity, sales coaching, training and sales advisory support
- Manage the sales force with the aim to achieve sales target performance
- Obtain a thorough understanding of the Hong Kong regulatory framework, in particular related investment ordinances and guidelines issued by the HKMA and SFC to ensure frontline compliance
- Closely monitor high net worth clients’ portfolios to continue enhance customer’experience
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics or other related discipline; CFA, CFP, FRM holders are preferable
- At least 4 years' related working and field experience with solid knowledge on investment and insurance products
- Excellent communication skill and presentation skill, with strong influencing skill and analytical skill
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and good in Mandarin
