We are looking for high-calibre professionals to join our team as Assistant Index Operations Manager.

Principal responsibilities 

• Maintain and monitor the index system to support daily index services including index compilation and dissemination and data product delivery
• Conduct quality check on corporate actions, pricing, reference and fundamental data for index calculation
• Establish procedures to support new operation workflows and review existing operation processes to achieve work efficiency
• Participate and assist in new index and system enhancement projects, including providing user requirements and conducting User Acceptance Test prior to system implementation

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business Admin or a related discipline
• Minimum of three-year experience, preferably with financial data management or equity market operation background
• Experience in SQL or other relational database systems and MS Office applications including Excel and Access
• Sound knowledge of corporate actions in Hong Kong and/or PRC stock markets
• Detail-minded, diligent and careful worker, with an ability to work under pressure and independently
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
