Vice President, Investment Product and Governance

Job Summary:

• To assist Head of Wealth Management (or delegate) to ensure the investment/ insurance customer onboarding and selling and ordering process of Investment/ Insurance Products are up to market and regulatory standard.

What you will be doing:

• Lead, drive and support investment / insurance related projects and change initiatives, including local/regional driven programs
• Own and oversee all investment / insurance product related sales suitability processes including systems and procedures where applicable
• Design and implement improvements to investment / insurance sales and ordering process
• Support and address all investment product risk and compliance
• Improve and provide routine investment / insurance suitability training
• Support the resolution of process- or system related Incidents

What we are looking for:

• University graduate
• HKSI with CFA definite advantage
• Relevant project management experience of more than 5 years as a Business Analyst / Change Manager in Wealth Management projects
• Good knowledge of PC application software including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and analyze situations with prioritize
• Attention to details with strong organizational and time management
• Able to communicate effectively with influencing
• Strong compliance and customer centric mindset
• Strong in project management and presentation
