Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining all account files, including updating of company and contact information
- Reply general inquiries, respond personally, and direct to appropriate sales person
- Prepares and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Develop and maintain hotel Corporate business
- Build and maintain strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explore into new business opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
- Good command of spoken and written for both English & Chinese
- Good administrative, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PC operations including MS Word, Excel, Power Point
*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Coordinator
