Job Responsibilities
- Manage the total sales effort of 2 hotels located at Wanchai and Mongkok
- Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates and increase volume
- Produce, monitor and review monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyse current/potential market and sales trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share
- Hit all personal/team sales goals and maximise profitability
- Help prepare the departmental budget and financial plans including the hotel marketing plan
- Create and develop special events and sales blitzes to showcase the hotel to potential clients and increase sales and marketing opportunities for the hotel
- Develop and maintain great working relationships with key clients and outside contacts to increase revenue
Job Requirement
- Degree or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales including direct supervisory experience over a sales team
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with strong business acumen
- Knowledge of IHG system like ngPMS is preferred
- Immediate available is highly preferred
