Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cash position report, dealing with banks and handling all banking administrative matters, authorizations and instructions
• Review fund transfer, daily group cash reporting and monthly cashflow forecast. Handling of funding management plan and reporting to the respective supervisor in cash and liquidity management
• Prepare financial monthly report, banking summary and monthly reconciliation
• Perform financial review and analysis
• Assist in monitoring and managing the organization's bank transactions
• Review cheque payment, vendor payment applications and handle settlements
• Handle other related tasks and ad-hoc projects/ duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree's holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Candidate with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in financial reporting / banking industry is an advantage
• Candidate with professional certification (e.g. CPA) would be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced MS Excel skills is preferable
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 
• Strong numeric sense, attentive to details, well organized and able to meet tight deadlines
• Independent, flexible, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is highly preferable
