Job Responsibilities

1.通過電話直銷方式推廣信用卡及卡貸產品，開發新客戶並維護現有客戶關係，達成月度/季度銷售目標。

Promote credit card and card loan products via telephone sales, develop new clients and maintain existing relationships to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

2.分析客戶需求，精准匹配產品方案，提供專業化金融諮詢服務，提升客戶轉化率與滿意度。

Analyze customer needs, tailor product solutions, and deliver professional financial consultation to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

3.協同分行行銷團隊及合作夥伴，拓展高頻消費場景（如零售品牌、電商平臺）的客戶資源，推動業務協同。

Collaborate with branch marketing teams and partners to explore customer resources in high-frequency consumption scenarios (e.g., retail brands, e-commerce platforms) and drive business synergy.

4.收集並回饋市場動態與客戶需求，協助優化產品策略及銷售流程。

Collect and report market trends and customer feedback to support product strategy and sales process optimization.

5.嚴格遵守金融監管政策及公司合規要求，確保銷售行為規範。

Strictly comply with financial regulations and internal policies to ensure sales practices are standardized.

6.完成上級臨時交辦的其他任務。

Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

1.大專及以上學歷，金融、市場行銷、商務管理等相關專業優先。

College degree or above, preferably in finance, marketing, business administration, or related fields.

2.1年以上電話銷售或金融行業銷售經驗，熟悉信用卡/貸款產品者優先。

Minimum 1 year of telephone sales or financial industry sales experience; familiarity with credit card/loan products is a plus.

3.出色的溝通表達能力與抗壓能力，能高效完成電話溝通並處理客戶異議。

Strong communication skills and resilience, capable of handling high-volume calls and resolving customer objections effectively.

4.目標導向，具備優秀的客戶服務意識及團隊協作精神。

Result-driven with excellent customer service orientation and teamwork spirit.

5.熟練使用辦公軟體（如Excel、PPT），具備基礎數據分析能力。

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT) with basic data analysis skills.

6.中英文書寫及口語流利，精通普通話。

6.Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
