Job Description:
- Handle customers enquiries regarding general sales issues
- Responsible for the sales order processing and follow up
- Provide sales administration support to Sales Team
- Coordinate between internal departments and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Ordering materials including monitor on inventory level and shortages to maintain an efficient inventory
- Work closely with various departments to achieve on-time fulfillment and resolve supply issue
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with 3 years relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft office application, especially in MS Excel (Pivot Table and Vlookup)
- Responsible, good working attitude and good communication skill
- Experience in sales-oriented, order & invoice processing is preferable
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
