The Guest Relations & Event Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional service to high-profile guests while ensuring seamless event execution. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, as well as a passion for hospitality and luxury dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
VIP Guest Relations:
- Provide personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring their preferences and expectations are met.
- Maintain a VIP guest database with detailed records of preferences, special requests, and past visits.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and an elevated dining experience.
- Handle confidential guest information with discretion and professionalism.
Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute exclusive events, including private dining, corporate gatherings, and special occasions.
- Liaise with high-profile clients to understand event requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote and manage events.
- Oversee event logistics, including seating arrangements, catering, and entertainment.
Administrative & Coordination:
- Maintain event calendars and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
- Prepare reports on guest feedback and event performance.
- Conduct background searches and maintain guest records and feedback reports.
- Monitor online reviews and respond professionally to guest feedback.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree holder in Hospitality Management / Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or event management is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and event planning tools.
- A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese are required.
- Immediate availability is highly appreciated.
