Guest Relations & Event Executive (Fine dining restaurant group)

We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about hospitality and delivering a first-class customer experience.

The Guest Relations & Event Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional service to high-profile guests while ensuring seamless event execution. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, as well as a passion for hospitality and luxury dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

VIP Guest Relations:

  • Provide personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring their preferences and expectations are met.
  • Maintain a VIP guest database with detailed records of preferences, special requests, and past visits.
  • Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and an elevated dining experience.
  • Handle confidential guest information with discretion and professionalism.

Event Management:

  • Plan, organize, and execute exclusive events, including private dining, corporate gatherings, and special occasions.
  • Liaise with high-profile clients to understand event requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote and manage events.
  • Oversee event logistics, including seating arrangements, catering, and entertainment.

Administrative & Coordination:

  • Maintain event calendars and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
  • Prepare reports on guest feedback and event performance.
  • Conduct background searches and maintain guest records and feedback reports.
  • Monitor online reviews and respond professionally to guest feedback.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management / Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or event management is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and event planning tools.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese are required.
  • Immediate availability is highly appreciated.
