Assistant Manager/ Officer, Credit Approval (Vehicle Finance)

Job Purpose:
To review, analyse and approve credit applications of vehicle finance, as well as take up related projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Credit evaluation and approval of credit applications of vehicle finance within delegated lending authority
• Review credit applications / VF dealership beyond the delegated lending authority for higher authority level’s decision making
• Work closely with the frontline staff in acquiring necessary information and completing credit assessment
• Ensure to meet the pre-set service pledge regarding credit approval
• Take up credit-related projects as assigned

Incumbent Requirements:

• University degree preferred or minimum secondary education 
• Possess 5 - 8 years’ experience in banking industry as a role of retail credit analyst / approver
• Good knowledge in relevant regulatory requirements and standards
• Possess good communication skills and sense of job ownership
