The Guest Relations Executive / Hostess is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a fine dining setting. This role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality to create a welcoming and seamless dining atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Hospitality:
- Oversee the guest relations team to ensure flawless service.
- Provide personalized service to VIP guests and regular patrons.
- Maintain a guest database for tailored experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Reservation & Seating Management:
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest experience.
- Provide a tailor-made menu for guests according to their preferences.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service.
- Handle special requests for VIP guests and private dining experiences.
Administrative & Coordination:
- Conduct background searches and maintain guest records and feedback reports.
- Draft daily and weekly guest summary list including seating plan, each tailored-made menu with guests’ preferences to the floor and kitchen teams for preparing the operation.
- Liaise with the account department for following up on the deposit payment.
- Monitor online reviews and respond professionally to guest feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same position in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or guest relations management.
- Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
- Proficient in handling clerical duties and using Microsoft Office with Chinese typing.
- A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and must be service-oriented.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
- Pleasant, detail-oriented, presentable, confident with an outgoing personality, and able to work under pressure.
- Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
