Assistant Manager / Supervisor - VEA (5-day Work Week)

We are looking for talented individuals who enjoy working in a refined restaurant environment with an open kitchen setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily operations.
  • Handle guest relations, complaints, and develop good relationships with regulars.
  • Identify areas of improvement and find effective solutions.
  • Liaise closely with the chef and bar team.
  • Assist the Event Manager with event operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience at a supervisory level in fine dining operations with similar capacity is preferable.
  • Good Supervisory and leadership skills, and able to monitor all juniors and casual workers.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and work within a team.
  • Excellent judgment, problem solving and ability to handle complaints and comments.
  • Hong Kong resident only.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
