We are looking for talented individuals who enjoy working in a refined restaurant environment with an open kitchen setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations.
- Handle guest relations, complaints, and develop good relationships with regulars.
- Identify areas of improvement and find effective solutions.
- Liaise closely with the chef and bar team.
- Assist the Event Manager with event operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience at a supervisory level in fine dining operations with similar capacity is preferable.
- Good Supervisory and leadership skills, and able to monitor all juniors and casual workers.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and work within a team.
- Excellent judgment, problem solving and ability to handle complaints and comments.
- Hong Kong resident only.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
