JOB SUMMARY
The Keystone Programme is a multi-year programme implementing ATLAS (Core Banking System), SC Pay (New Payments Platform) & Euronet (New ATM Switch) to replace current varied core banking applications in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Thailand. Program Keystone will be initiated with Hongkong as the first country.
The Project Support Officer carries out the following responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities include:
Provides calendar and meetings support for the Reporting Manager and serve as back up for the same to the Keystone Programme Director when his/her PA is unavailable (e.g. on leave)
Coordinates management meeting and business events for scheduling, room booking, catering, video conferences and conference calls, and any administrative needs as they arise
Prepares monthly data reports (e.g. PSGL monthly report for the Keystone Project)
Manages travel itineraries including meeting schedules, transportation, and accommodation arrangements for the team and/or traveler(s)
Travel visa approval paper and local guidance / logistics for Visitors
Consolidates travel and entertainment expense reports, claims and reimbursement
Miscellaneous administration support for the Keystone Programme Team (e.g. office supplies, snack and coffee bar supplies, Keystone memorabilia items, etc.)
Special events premises / catering support (e.g. Dress rehearsals, Townhall or Workshop meetings, Team gathering, cutover weekends etc.)
PO raising and invoice management for the Keystone programme

Qualification
Education The candidate should have 6-8 years solid experience working as project administrative support in a dynamic and fast changing project environment.
Languages Business English is mandatory
Cantonese, Mandarin would be an advantage
