Lead a team to provide comprehensive support and internal control functions for the Global Markets Department.
Formulate and review departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory rules and guidelines, thereby improving business operations and daily efficiency.
Develop and maintain adequate infrastructure to support the operational and risk management needs of the department.
Act as a core coordinator in all business projects; assist in preparing business plans and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
Possess a degree or higher in Finance, Business, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF Level.
Have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Treasury operations or Treasury audit, with a solid understanding of banking industry practices and financial products/models.
Demonstrate proficiency in PC applications such as MS Office and have knowledge of treasury-related systems like Summit.
Strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
