Administrative Assistant

Job Duties:

• To handle general administrative duties of Hong Kong and offshore companies
• To assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements for Hong Kong and offshore companies
• To maintain up-to-date and systematic filing system
• Liaise, negotiate and coordinate with the clients and other business parties
• To assist in other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma holder
• 1 year office administrative / secretarial experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with colleagues at all levels
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and multi-tasking
• Proficient in PC applications such as Microsoft Office
• Experience in company secretarial work would be an advantage
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
