Part-time Operations Officer (3-month contract)

Key Responsibilies:

• This incumbent will be responsible for guest checking-in/out procedures in a professional manner, to provide courteous service and handle guests’ enquiries
• To coordinate with housekeeping, engineering team to ensure the highest standard of customer service is extended to all hotel guest

Job requirements:

• Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related discipline
• At least 1 year work experience, preferably in hospitality, customer service or related service industry   
• Passionate in hospitality industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• working schedule: 3 to 4 days per week
• working hours: 08:00 - 17:00 / 14:00-23:00
