Room Attendant (5-Day Work Week)

SHERATON HONG KONG HOTEL & TOWERS

1. Clean guest rooms (bedroom and bathroom) according to established standards.

2. Organize and stock cleaning carts and organize linen pantries on floors assigned.

3. Complete accurately, and in a timely manner, any assigned worksheet, such as room attendant worksheet and minibar voucher, etc.

4. Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned and in order to adhere to safety standards.

5. Collect daily allocations of rooms and keys. Ensure worksheet is kept up to date throughout shift, and keys are signed out & kept securely.

6. Deliver clean linen, toweling and amenities to floors.

7. Collect rubbish from floors and dispose correctly.

Education:

Secondary school or Vocational Training education preferred

Skills:

1. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

2. Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.

3. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

4. Must possess basic computational ability.

5. Working knowledge of applicable sanitation standards.
