Account Director (5-Day Work Week)

Responsibilities:

• Maximize revenues through servicing and developing new and existing accounts.
• Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the MICE segment.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the MICE sector.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience gained in hotel.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, aggressive, independent and customer-oriented.
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
