Social Media & Events Coordinator (Part-time), Discovery Bay Ice Rink

Responsibilities:

  • Perform marketing duties including preparing and managing e-newsletters, social media calendar planning for promotion, direct email, PR and Apps

  • Update the social media and website of DB Ice Rink

  • Maintain customer database and prepare marketing reports

  • Coordinate with graphic and artwork designer and social media writer

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on marketing collaboration and partnership enquiry

  • Organize and execute and support DB Ice Rink festive promotions and special events

  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduated or studying for a degree in Marketing management, Business or related field

  • Familiar with social media, web analytics and production of marketing materials is preferred

  • Initiative, willing to learn and take up challenges

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Good PC skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)

  • Working on weekends and festive seasons may be required when necessary

  • Working on 3-4 half days in a week
