Responsibilities:
- Maintains quality service standards for hosting our guests cordially and graciously, thereby creating a memorable experience and building customer loyalty.
- Assist in managing all the administrative support for the hosting team, such as co-ordinate reservation orders & deposit payments, handling the flow of incoming calls, enquiries, and emails to guests.
- Keep records of guests' preferences and follow up on the administrative paperwork.
- Communicate with the floor and kitchen team about the guests’ bookings, needs, and complaints.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the same position in a fine dining restaurant.
- Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
- Proficient in handling clerical duties and using Microsoft Office with Chinese typing.
- Excellent communication skills and must be service-oriented.
- Fluent in speaking both English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
- Pleasant, detail-oriented, presentable, confident with an outgoing personality, and able to work under pressure.
