Position Summary
Responsible for planning, formulation and implementation of new strategies and initiatives on product and system development and service bundling to card merchant acquiring business, and ensuring all operational activities are performed in optimal effectiveness and productivity as well as fully compliance with the Bank’s and authority’s regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to merchants and corporates by developing and implementing professional and efficiency operational processes as well as facilitating the best workflow and logistic for cross-selling activities
- Achieve section’s key performance indicators and business targets through planning, formulation and implementation of new strategies and initiatives, as well as product and system development and service bundling
- Collect and analyze market intelligence and trend on acquiring business
- Assist in preparing annual operation plan and ensure its deliverable
- Collect and analyze market intelligence with appropriate recommendations and compile relevant business / sales / MIS or CRM reports
- Relevant HKIB qualification would be an advantage
- Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by the Department and Division as needed.
Requirements
- University graduate in Business Administration, Banking and Finance or related discipline, or other related qualifications
- Preferably over 5 years, Solid experience in merchant acquiring business or payment collection solution to enhance customer experience and service capability
- Good knowledge of card system, card related rules and regulations
- Knowledge in POS terminal integration and payment gateway platform experience is an advantage
- A good team player with effective communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
