Bar Captain / Assistant Captain

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of all equipment used during shifts
• Provide food & beverage service in a British Bar
• Maintain the cleanliness of all equipment used during shifts
• Ensure all the Bar equipment is in working order.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area and stores place to healthy; safety ; tidy and hygiene standards at all times
• Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, including preparation and presentation
• Reports on requirement or replenishment of materials and tools, deficiency or breakage of the machinery, etc.
• Help the Bar Supervisor to resolve the members & guests apply the problems and complaints with quickly and efficiently
• Ensure that all equipment, drawers, refrigerators are clean and the contents are always fit for service.

Requirements

• 3-4 years or above with bar service experience in F&B, Club / Hotel industry
• Good knowledge of wine and cocktail production
• Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Bar Captain
