We are looking for a Cafe TOO Manager based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Cafe TOO Manager, we rely on you to:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant; co-ordinate with the Chef in sections appointed on planning of promotions, menu planning, budget control and staff training
- Maintain consistency in quality of food / beverage / service / cleanliness of sections appointed
- Provide leadership and direction to staff in delivering excellent service in line with hotel service standards and exceed guests’ expectations
- Create new ideas and recommend changes to constantly improve our service standards
- Collect guests’ feedback to maintain the service quality and standard
- Conduct F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience; with 3 years of experience in supervisory level at large scale of restaurant operation
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Service-oriented with outgoing personality
- Innovative and strong sense of market trends
- Presentable with strong leadership skills
- Proactive, customer and business oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
