Accounting Officer - Accounts Payable

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui

What you will do:

  • To support the smooth and efficient running of the Accounting Department.
  • Check all Petty Cash claims/reimbursements.
  • Approve all IOUs and liase with the general cashier to ensure that they are cleared on time
  • Monitor the Manual Check record book to ensure that the running sequence is accounted for.
  • Ensure that all travel agents’ commissions’ payments are on time.

What you should have:

  • Ideally with a certificate in Finance or Accounting
  • Relevant working experience as Accounting Clerk in a hotel or in a similar large supply firm
  • Well-developed computer skills in the use of MS Office, email and Materials management systems
