(Senior) Reservations Agent

Responsibilities
- Handle all guest enquiries requests via fax/email/calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Update guest profile and database
- Prepare various reservations related reports
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
- Courteous, service-oriented with pleasant personality
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Hotel Reservation Systems
