Do you excel in…

• Provide general information to customers and guests in a good and helpful manner
• Handle and resolve guest complaints and establish good relationship with guests and clients in the Hotel
• Maintain proper records of luggage, parcels and letters kept at Concierge for guests
• Handle enquiries and requests from all guests with friendly and professional manner
• Ensure all luggage are delivered and collected accurately, efficiently and timely

Are you on the GO mode …

• Certificate in hospitality management or related disciplines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-minded with pleasant personality
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• 1 year's relevant working experience is preferred
• Holding a full driving license with at least 2 years driving experience is desirable, but not essential
