Foreman / Assistant Foreman

Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out site supervision and inspection
• Monitor and control the site progress to ensure work completed according to time schedule
• Coordinate with clients and sub-contractors
• Handle Safety and Environmental issues

Education and Qualification

• Form 5 or above
• At least 6 years’ site experience
• Minimum 4 years’ supervisory experience in construction, previous experience in Housing Authority project will be an added advantage
• Holder with TCP T1 qualification is preferred
• Green Card Holder
• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Foreman
