Assistant Sommelier / Sommelier

Job Duties:

• Assist Head Sommelier for the efficient and beverage cost effective functioning of the restaurant
• Update the wine list and monitor the inventory of wine cellar
• Make recommendations on food and wine pairings to guests
• Serve all wine orders and provide excellent dining experience to guests in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Passionate with solid and strong wine knowledge
• Minimum 2 years wine services experience in fine dining restaurant
• Excellent communication to understand and respond to guests' needs & requirements
• Holder of WSET Level 1 or above is preferred
