Senior Cook B - Staff Restaurant 高級廚師 - 員工餐廳

Job Responsibilities 工作職責:

• Prepare ingredients and cooking dishes;
  預備和處理及烹調用的食材，以供應酒店員工需求;
   
• Ensure all procedures are conducted safely and align with the IHG services standard and it’s standard of both personal and food hygiene and appearance.
  確保個人、廚房和食物的清潔和衛生附合標準。

Job Requirements 職位要求:

• Knowledge in food and beverage with excellent cooking skills;
  有良好的餐飲知識和出色的烹調技巧;
   
• Good command in Cantonese and basic communication in English;
  懂粵語及簡單英語;
   
• Holder of culinary or related certificate or over 5 years experience in Hotel is preferred;
  持有廚房學徒課程證書或具5年以上酒店相關工作經驗;
   
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Cook.
  經驗較淺者將被考慮為中級或初級廚師。
