Guest Relations Officer – Club Floor 賓客關係主任–行政樓層 (5 Days Work 5 天工作制)

Job Descriptions:

• Assist daily operation at Club Floor Lounge including check-in/ out, handle enquiries and maximize guests' satisfaction
• Ensure high standard of services being provided to VIPs and Club Floor guests by professional contacts
• Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Hotel Industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
