Host Lead - The Steak House

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Utilizing restaurant seating capacity and time slots to maximizing revenue
• Assist restaurant manager on business analysis such as data collection from competitors and prepare relevant report
• Ability to fully utilize the hotel’s reservation system ringing up sales
• Conduct daily briefing to ensure all important messages from reservation and hotel’s activities are being well informed.

QUREQUIRED SKILLS

• Significant experience of host
• Dynamism and good interpersonal skills
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
• Good English and Chinese
• Excellent communication skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Restaurant Host
