Restaurant Manager (米芝連二星中菜)

Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and monitor the team to provide excellent service to guests and ensure a memorable dining experience 
  • Interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Manage and assist in daily operations to exceed standards and ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Obtain customers’ feedback during operations to ensure customers’ satisfaction

 

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years' experience in Chinese/ Cantonese restaurant with proven management skills and leadership
  • Experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a can-do attitude 
  • Self-motivated, good team player and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
