Responsibilities
- Assist the manager with overall operations department management.
- Handle additional work, including quotations and work arrangements, where necessary.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Manage documentation, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), SOEs (Standard Operating Emergency), risk management reports, timelines, schedules, rosters and participant lists, alongside other administrative tasks.
- Service Delivery and Operations Management
- Oversee service delivery of the team and external sub-contractors.
- Plan and review timelines and diary schedules.
- Direct Technical Supervisors (TS) to plan, conduct, and monitor emergency calls, Corrective Maintenance (CM), and PPM works.
- Manage critical situations/ address urgent sites outside office hours as needed, including responding to calls and WhatsApp messages for site issues.
- Handle requests from stakeholders & lead the team in coordinating follow-up actions.
- Manage out-of-scope and A&I requests.
- Review key performance metrics, Financial, KPI, and performance reports with the team to ensure engagement and target achievement.
- Ensure the team complies with company policies and procedures, legislation, regulations, standards and industry codes.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company based on business needs.
Requirements
- A Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Air conditioning Engineering or a related discipline is essential.
- A registered electrical worker under the category of Grade A or above is preferred.
- Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate.
- A minimum of three years of experience in MEP project coordination or facilities management at a supervisory level is preferred.
- Experience in Electrical or Mechanical Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (MVAC) is preferred.
- Knowledge of building services installation and relevant statutory regulations is preferred.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong in managing contracts & and stakeholder engagement.
