Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support in the Sales & Marketing Team;
  • Responsible for the support of CS to handle client account opening;
  • Responsible for document filing and storage;
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by seniors from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above;
  • With clerical experiences in bank or financial institutions is definitely an advantage;
  • Knowledge in MS Office (e.g Word, excel);
  • Hardworking and willing to do clerical tasks;
  • Immediately available preferred;
  • Candidates with less experiences are also welcome;
  • Candidates with full working rights in Hong Kong, and are familiar with mainland China's business environment are welcomed;
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.
