Senior Officer (Project Management)

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs, operation process and workflow of business project / system
• Assist in project management including preparation of users requirements, UAT and operation flow design
• Communicate and coordinate between business users and development teams
• Assist in design, monitor the progress and execution of new initiative development
• Prepare regular and ad hoc business reports for business units
• Has knowledge of business analyses and assigned to prepare business performance
• Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the post of Officer

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in banking or finance industry, preferable in personal loan business
• Possess of project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Initiative, able to work independently & under pressure and good communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
