客戶服務主任 (Customer Service Officer)

崗位職責

• Deliver quality customer services through counter transactions
  打造分行一站式專業金融理財服務
• Support back-end branch operations
  處理客戶每日櫃台交易(包括現金收付、入票、轉帳、定期、匯款等的工作)、客戶查詢及內部文書工作
• Cross-sell retail banking products
  銷售及轉介工作

崗位要求

• Secondary School graduate or above
  中學文憑或以上程度
• Strong sales and service  orientation with outgoing personality and good communication skills具良好的溝通技巧及客戶服務意識
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese as well as fluency in Putonghua
  具良好的中、英文閱讀、書寫及普通話表達能力
