Assistant, Customer Information Maintenance

Direct support to Operation Support Centre, which is a centralized team in handling forms processing received from all branches.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Perform data verification and editing for the processing of customer information related forms
  • Review workflow and provide ideas for re-engineering process with the aim of efficiency and effectiveness of own responsible job                                         
  • Involves in projects related to the section/department, and prepare/review covering provision of user requirements and participation in UAT
  • Handle account enquiries and information requests from both internal and extenal customers
  • Review and update departmental operations manual/terminal guideline
  • Perform administrative duties assigned by supervisor

Incumbent Requirements:

  • Secondary education or above
  • Minimum 1 year clerical experience in banking industry
  • Knowledge of banking products is preferred
  • PC literacy is an advantage
