Direct support to Operation Support Centre, which is a centralized team in handling forms processing received from all branches.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform data verification and editing for the processing of customer information related forms
- Review workflow and provide ideas for re-engineering process with the aim of efficiency and effectiveness of own responsible job
- Involves in projects related to the section/department, and prepare/review covering provision of user requirements and participation in UAT
- Handle account enquiries and information requests from both internal and extenal customers
- Review and update departmental operations manual/terminal guideline
- Perform administrative duties assigned by supervisor
Incumbent Requirements:
- Secondary education or above
- Minimum 1 year clerical experience in banking industry
- Knowledge of banking products is preferred
- PC literacy is an advantage
