Lifeguard (5 days work)

The Lifeguard is responsible for supervising the swimming pool and ensuring the safety of swimmers.

Job Description

• Ensure smooth daily operation of the swimming pools
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in the swimming pools and pool area
• Monitor water quality and sanitation level of the pool area by conducting periodic checks
• Conduct regular checks of the equipment to make sure they are in order and functioning properly
• Handle Members/Guests’ enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report Guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found
• Assist in Club events including but not limited to pool parties and swimming meets

Qualifications & Skills

• Form 5 education level or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Pool Lifeguard Award or above issued by the Hong Kong Life Saving Society
• First Aid Certificate issued by the St. John Ambulance Association, Hong Kong Red Cross or Auxiliary Medical Service is preferred
• Good command of spoken English
• Good customer service skills
