AVP to VP, Distribution Management

Main Responsibilities 

• Assist in developing a structured and effective performance management framework at branch and sales network

• Follow up with branch on their sales performance and improve sales efficiency and uplift productivity and customer centricity by implementing various initiatives

• Assist in reviewing customer’s entire wealth portfolios and work with frontlines on deep dive portfolio analysis to ensure appropriate solutions and services are provided

• Help enhance customer centric and highlight customer needs and to shape behaviour intended for building a reliable salesforce team to attain sustainable business growth 

• Work closely with different stakeholders to improve sales productivity and support regional initiatives on ad hoc projects in relation to frontline staff

Job Requirements 

• Degree holder or related discipline

• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience with proven experience in sales planning and performance management

• Mature, proactive and able to work independently

• Strong analytical, presentation and problem solving skills 

• Proficient in MS office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese & English
