What you’ll do

• Liaise with internal / external parties for overdue settlement / resolving dispute
• Liaise with lawyers for legal issues
• Handle litigation matters in Small Claims Tribunal
• Handle other credit control issues
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications

• 3 - 5 years relevant working experience or above
• Experience in MRI is an advantage
• Immediately available is an advantage
• Candidates with more experience or qualification will be considered for the post of Senior Credit Control Officer

• Detailed minded, self-motivated and team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
