Credit Approval Officer/ Assistant Manager, Fubon Credit

Responsibilities:

• Perform credit evaluation effectively on Unsecured Personal Loan applications in adherence to pre-set credit policy, compliance, regulatory requirements and to meet established service turnaround indicators and quality standards
• Optimize credit approval rate on risk justified basis to cope with business direction and changing economic environment
• Identify potential credit, fraud and operational risks and recommend risk mitigation measures whenever appropriate
• Communicate with business departments and IT
• Participate in system project implementation to achieve process automation and simplification and result in efficient operation

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years related experience in personal loan products. With approval delegation is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Self-initiative and good team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Work independently and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure an for extended hours when situation requires
