First Vice President / Vice President, General Administration Services

Responsibilities:

• Supervise/manage all renovation and property management & facilities maintenance & safety of the bank premises
• Participate in all regular/ad hoc related projects of the bank and work with other divisions/departments of the bank for all bank wide projects
• Assist in preparing annual budget and monitoring the expenses within the approved budget for the department and bank wide projects including those to be charged back to individual division/department 
• Assist in formulating the policies & procedures, BCP plan and annual work plans for the department
• Review and renewal of SOPS, guidelines of the department and related service contracts are completed within deadline
• Participate in full spectrum of office administration services, including incident management and administrative support on company events etc.;
• Assist to implement general administrative & ESG related project and support business management work/report, including information collection, document writing & preparation of presentation materials etc
• Liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders such as division/department representatives; building management offices; contract vendors and service providers
• Assist Department Head in oversight of the daily operations of the department ensure a smooth operation
• Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Degree or above
• Fluent English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in banking or relevant field
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing
• Hard working, responsible, organized and able to work with a team; and
• Immediately available is preferred
• Energetic, self-motivated, good communications skill and able to work under pressure
