Team Head of Financial Reporting, Financial Accounting

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to complete the month-end closing process on a timely manner
• In-charge of the preparation of quarterly financial reporting package for the submission to the holding company, preparation of interim and annual financial statements and disclosures statements under Banking (Disclosures) Rules
• Formulate changes in accounting policies and the application and implementation of new accounting policies
• Ensure effective and efficient internal control systems regarding financial reporting tasks are in place
• Liaise with external auditors on regular financial review / audit
• Support tax reporting tasks in respect of Hong Kong Profits Tax

Requirements:

• Degree holder with accounting professional qualifications
• 10 years or above working experience in financial accounting function in the banking industry, working experience in Big 4 is an advantage
• Experience in handling treasury products related reporting is an advantage
• Good command of English and Chinese
